Vehicle insurance

1.2 ACT & DRIVE PC also accepts the following additional coverage:
A. Coverage of the same damage with liability waiver at the expense of the renter, as specified for each vehicle in "Schedule A".
B. Total Theft Insurance
C. coverage for partial theft of parts or components of the vehicle integral with it and necessary for its movement and operation,
D. Cover for personal damage in the event of theft with indemnification at the expense of the renter in accordance with "Appendix A" corresponding to the vehicle in question
E. Covering fire and covering fire from terrorist attacks,
F. Natural Damage Coverage g. glass breakage cover h. Property damage coverage by an uninsured third-party vehicle
I Cover for a driver's personal accident up to an amount of 15,000 euros (fifteen thousand).
J. 24/7 roadside assistance.

1.3 The beneficiary of the insurance in the event of the occurrence of the insurance risk is in any case throughout the rental period ACT & DRIVE PC, with the exception of the risks covered: death, total disability, partial disability and hospitalization, the beneficiary of the relevant insurance being the Lessor who assigns this to the legalized natural persons.

1.4 The insurance provided does not cover any possible loss or damage to baggage which is not covered by the insurance and for which ACT & DRIVE PC bears no responsibility. Also not covered is damage and wear and tear to the vehicle interior, tires, rims and underside of the vehicle when driven to the curb or when the rental vehicle starts off on-road or on roads prohibited by traffic authorities, or if the damage is not the result of an accident caused by collision, impact, overturning or overturning and is supported by the appropriate accident declarations as provided herein, for the full recovery of which Renter and Authorized Drivers shall be fully and jointly liable.

Also not insured are accidents caused by the driver being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol or other substances likely to impair the driver's ability to drive and the senses, as well as accidents caused while the driver is proven to be driving Driving ability and perception were impaired. ACT & DRIVE PC reserves the right to deny insurance to an authorized driver of the renter who is responsible for repeated damage to the rental vehicle.

1.5 In the event of an accident or other incident related to the rental vehicle, the renter is obliged to call the police and the roadside assistance - accident insurance company cooperating with the rental company via a 24-hour contact telephone and will in any case, as for each vehicle, be referred to in "Appendix A “ specified used. In addition, it is necessary, within 24 hours, to report the accident in writing to the lessor and provide all the necessary documents (driver's license, etc.) or any other relevant element (e.g. photos, etc.) for the immediate completion of the damage file, as well as for collection of all relevant information from third parties as well as the complete non-recognition of third-party claims.

In the event of any delay or negligence or refusal of the foregoing resulting in delay or non-reimbursement by ACT & DRIVE PC of the cost of repairing the rented vehicle from the insurance company, the renter shall be fully responsible for the same. Also, in the event of an accident, a replacement vehicle will not be provided unless all required documentation is submitted on time .
